Personal Awareness and Protection

This session teaches you the skills you need to avoid being attacked or kidnapped, including how be more aware of your surroundings.

Shooting and Weapons Instruction

Pete, an NRA Certified Instructor for over 35 years, teaches the following sessions:

• Basic and Advanced Pistol
• CCW Certification classes for Arizona
• Women's Shooting, from beginning to expert level.

Hand-to-Hand Combat

In these sessions, Pete will show you how to defend yourself in case of attack:

• Basic self-defense
• Women's clinic
• Children's clinic

Pete's martial arts certification: Full-contact Shotokan - 3rd Degree, 25 years experience.
